Because of the hands-on project work conducted around your proprietary processes during the workshops, this course is only offered in the workshop format. The length of workshop is determined by the quantity and complexity of the project work and is jointly determined by the client and the Shainin instructor. On-site workshop duration is typically 2 to 4 days, which can be consecutive or non-consecutive to meet the client and project needs. Contact us for more information.

This course introduces those working within or supporting a business process to the Shainin TransaXional problem solving and prevention methodologies.  Students will learn the Shainin STRUCTURAL™ process and how to apply it within new and existing business processes.  Students are required to bring an approved project to the workshop.  The workshop is a combination of class lecture and hands-on coaching for student projects.
