Shainin^® Master

This highly interactive course has been revised to include the latest advances in Shainin strategies. It is designed to help Master candidates develop strategies for difficult projects. It will also address the Master’s role as a coach with an emphasis on developing effective strategies, communicating both strategy and proper tool usage during coaching, and the soft skills necessary to coach effectively. Students will also learn to leverage Energy Models for Events, advanced application of Active Multi-Vari^™ and Active Concentration Diagrams^™, and statistical principles underlying key Red X^® strategies and tools.

Objectives:

This course is designed to enable participants to quickly and efficiently:

• Develop advanced tactics and strategies to solve the toughest technical problems.
• Characterize Green Y^® events with Energy Models.
• Identify common mistakes that teams make and how to adjust their approach to solve problems faster.
• Recognize the subtle strategy refinements that help teams solve problems faster.
• Coach others in developing, executing and communicating investigative strategy.

Who should attend?

Certified Shainin Journeyman wanting to gain a deeper understanding of Shainin tools and strategies, to improve their problem-solving and coaching skills.

Prerequisite:

Red X Solutions. Master candidates must have their additional Master projects approved prior to attending the Shainin Master class.
